ABOMINATIO. This Game is very special to me since it was my very first "Make A Game, And Publish It On A
Site". The project started on 14 or 15/11/2024 I don't EXACLTY remember the date exactly, but my first video of it is from the
16. Which, you can watch all my videos on the development below.

This project is very special to me, since it was were I learned alot abou Game Development and 3D Modelling, It was the project
that gave some confidence that, maybe, I can live out my dreams.
Anyways.
Let's Get to the Good Stuff
This is a compilation of ALL my videos I recorded during the development of Abominatio. The very first recording I have of it, it's from the 16, and I've already made a lot of progress since the real beginning of the project (probably on the 15), and the last one from this video is on the 01/01/2025
This one is a compilation from the only videos left, from thw 02/01/25.
And with that, we've covered all the videos that I've recorded, but this is not the end, there's somethings I like to share with you :)
CONCEPT ARTS AND UNUSED STUFF
Here's some drawings of Luna, the protagonist of the game. I created her based on one of my favorite protagonists ever, Cheryl Mason from Silent Hill 3! (Ooopss that's a Spoiler... eto blehhh XP) One of her other design quirks, is that she's an In Universe Silent Hill fan, seen by her shirt, and also an In Universe ULTRAKILL fan, as that was my main inspiration for the snake tattoo across her arms. (It has a more depeer meaning than just an ULTRAKILL reference, but since I'am not working on the game anymore. You'll Never Discover it :) )
Here's an Earlier version of her 3D model. It didn't change much from the final version, but it has it's very minor diferences.
I also like to mention this was my very first model that I've rigged, but I'll talk in more detail in the 3D Art part in the blog.
And here's some concept art for the enemies, that's all I have drawed, but all of these kinda made it into the game. The first one got into the game, but i removed it's head on the final design.
The second one, I've almost completely changed it's design and function in the game, the only thing I didn't change was it's "Head", the original ideia was to have a part of the Maze, which it could run around and follow you, and the reason it didn't make it into the game, was simply because I was REALLY bad at programming and inexperienced, when I revisit ABOMINATIO, this enemy will come back 100%.
The third one is my favorite design for this game, I love it so much I did not change anything since this concept art, The design as based on elements from Silent Hill and Amnesia The Dark Descent.
There's also a cut npc from the game, and that npc is Luna's Dad. (I dont think i've ever give him a name, not that the ideia lasted long...) his role in the original history, was to be an constant reminder of Luna's failures and insecurities in her life. He was supposed to first appear on the end of the first Level, however, his character was scrapped.
What I Think of ABOMINATIO
ABOMINATIO, as i said, is a VERY special game to me, yes, it fucking sucks as a game. But it was MY first game to ever see the light of day (well, if you don't count the Roblox ones.) so when I think of ABOMINATIO, I see it as my brave experiment, just saying "Fuck It" and making a game. The reason why ABOMINATIO was even made, is because of two factors, one is that I was invited to work on a game project with some friends, that game didn't go too far, but it put the logs on my heart to finally try make a game for real, a game that people could actually play and enjoy.. The other factor, was that PSYCHOPOMP GOLD was released at that time, I've loved the original PSYCHOPOMP, but PSYCHOPOMP GOLD, truly became one of, if not, my favorite Indie Game, and it is truly an inspiration, to me, to it's creator Karbonic, to it's many Surrealistic Inspirations (Surrealism being like... My autism) and many other things. PSYCHOPOMP, was made with the Godot Engine, and so was the project that i was working on, because of this, I decided that Godot, should be the engine to use, and I dont regret using it one bit.
The project was abandoned after the first chapter, I felt that it was too much with the experience I had at that moment, so after finishing the "first chapter" I put on Hiatus, that means that it's not truly abandoned, I absolutly plan on coming back and finishing it, but I have other projects now. But one day, we'll see ABOMINATIO finished.
